This is a single origin Guatemala that is aged 30 days in a Bourbon barrel before being roasted to order. Pope Saint Pius X was one of our greatest and most orthodox popes of all time, so naturally he can't be anything but the boldest coffee we offer. Notes of caramelly bourbon whiskey.
Certification/Grading: SHB (specifies that the coffee was grown at an altitude above 1350 meters.)
Grower: Smallholder farmers from Antigua
Variety: Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, & Typica
Region: Antigua, Guatemala

From the moment I opened package and saw my bag of coffee beans, I could smell a really great coffee smell. I opened the package and ground some beans, the smell just got even better. We brewed up 2 cups and yes, as good as it smells. Good , clean and just a great cup of coffee!
