All of our products are roasted to order - which means the coffee is roasted, packaged and shipped each business day.
Coffee profiles are all created using Ikawa sample roasters and once the best roast level is found for the lot, the profile is transferred over to 10KG drum roasters.
The result is the freshest, small batch, craft roasted coffee available!
