Grind 125 grams of beans, coarse grind (ex: somewhere between 27-30 on a Baratza grinder)
put ground beans in a cheesecloth/nut milk bag(SKIP THIS STEP IF YOU RATHER STRAIN THE GROUNDS)
fill glass/pitcher/container with 1000 ml of water (so 8 grams of water per 1 gram of coffee)
put bag in container of water
wait about ~12-16 hrs (or more!)
take nut bag out and squeeze extra liquid out of the bag into the container (SKIP IF STRAINING)
throw away grounds
Store cold brew concentrate in the fridge
When making yourself a cup of cold brew, use 1:1 concentrate to other liquid whether that’s water, milk, ice, or a mixture (but feel free to change the ratio based on your taste preference).
You can change the ratio to 1:6 instead of 1:8, or anything else. Feel free to experiment.
