With cancellations and refunds please get into contact with me and any particular details we can work out together. I’ll write some guidelines below that are the ways I see things in regards to refunds and the like.
If you are by some chance unhappy with your coffee from a subjective point of view I’ll help you by sending out another roast to you if you are willing to cover the shipping.
If there is a problem from shipping please let us know, we might ask for pictures and we will work something out.
Anything which is an error from our part in any sense whatsoever, I’ll replace without any cost to you.
